Welcome to Unbottled ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and relationship guidance services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2.1 Relationship Coaching Services

Unbottled provides relationship coaching and guidance services. Our coaches offer support, tools, and strategies to help individuals and couples improve their relationships.

If you are experiencing:

• Thoughts of self-harm or suicide
• Severe depression or anxiety
• Domestic violence or abuse
• Substance abuse issues
• Any mental health crisis

Please seek immediate help from qualified mental health professionals, emergency services, or crisis helplines.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law

For users between 16-18 years, parental or guardian consent is required, and a parent/guardian may be required to participate in sessions.

4.1 Booking Process

Sessions can be booked through our website or WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to coach availability and confirmation.

4.2 Session Duration

We offer sessions of various durations including 15-minute, 30-minute, and 60-minute consultations. Sessions should start on time; late arrivals will not extend the session time.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to availability and discretion.

4.5 Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours before: Reschedule only (no refunds)
• Less than 24 hours before: Session fee is forfeited
• No-show: Full session fee is forfeited

4.6 Session Packages

Pre-purchased session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Unused sessions after this period may be forfeited.

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and net banking through secure payment gateways.

5.3 Refund Policy

Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the session.

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward coaches or staff
• Record sessions without prior written consent
• Share coach contact information or session content publicly
• Use our Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to contact coaches outside the official platform for paid services

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

We treat all session information as confidential. However, we may be legally required to disclose information in the following circumstances:

• When required by law or court order
• When there is imminent risk of harm to you or others
• In cases of suspected child abuse or neglect
• When you provide written consent for disclosure

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during sessions, are the property of Unbottled or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching sessions

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve the issue amicably
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, through a mutually agreed mediator
3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings shall be conducted in courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any unused prepaid sessions may be refunded at our discretion.
